Arrival:
Arrival time to apartment: after 14:00 pm.
Departure time from apartment: before 10:00 am.
Residence in house - minimum 7 days.
Reservation:
When making a reservation it is a common practice to pay a deposit, which serves as a guarantee and is not refundable in case of cancellation. In case of a shorter stay than booked , we reserve the right to charge for the booked period.
We will require 20% of the rental price as deposit.
Payment:
Payment is in Kunas or EUR.
Credit cards are not accepted.
VAT is included.
The price are per day.
The balance of the rent is payable at the day of your arrival.
Also, upon your arrival you should leave 100 euros deposit for any possible damages made during your stay, which is refunded to you on the day of your departure.
Cleaning of the apartment at the end of the stay is not included in the price, you should leave the apartment neat, as it was when you arrived. Otherwise you are entitled to pay 50 EUR for cleaning.
